Shipping:

Free delivery to European Union countries.

Colissimo shipping with tracking and signature for orders over 100€.

Shipment within 48h/72h for models in stock.

Some models require a production time of up to 15/20 working days before dispatch (including express delivery).

Please note that once the package has been delivered to the postal service, we have no control over the speed of shipment.

 

Reimbursement:

Our products are made-to-measure and by hand, each product is made to order, so unfortunately we cannot offer full refunds or exchanges.

Only accessories can be returned and refunded. They must be in their original packaging and in new condition.

In the case of Seiko-based automatic configurations, order processing can take up to twenty working days (Monday to Thursday), the same period applying to a selection of Casio products (Limited Editions).

Once the order has been placed, the necessary parts are manufactured, followed by assembly, caliber adjustment, sealing and polishing,

 

Exchanges:

A size exchange is possible on our watches when they come in two different diameters and the one ordered does not suit you (too large or too small).
The watch must be in its original packaging and in new condition.


For the rest, we will only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please send us an e-mail at [email protected].


You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
